Neuroframe, made of a software and wearable device, measures attention, mental fatigue, and drowsiness during jobs that require high levels of concentration thus helping to prevent errors due to fatigue.

Through a headband placed on the user’s forehead, we record brain data to provide real-time assessments, or reports that contain information about the worker’s mental state during the sequence of work performed.

Neuroframe can be used independently by operators. After an initial setup and a short training phase by our technicians, it will be very easy to use the technology independently, and remote assistance will always be available.

HOW NEUROFRAME CAN BE USED

Neuroframe can be used to analyze specific work processes or sequences.

We monitor the mental load of groups of workers during a sequence of activities. Data (fully anonymized) are collected over several days on different users in order to generate a report that evaluates individual process steps by identifying any anomalies and critical issues.

Neuroframe can also be used for real-time analysis on workers during the execution of their jobs.

We monitor workers under high stress and performing critical tasks in real-time, so that issues related to the user’s mental state can be detected in real time and immediate action can be taken to prevent errors, dangerous situations, or particularly serious damage.

Neuroframe uses complex algorithms based on 100 years of neuroscientific research, which are constantly being updated and improved based on the latest findings in neuroscience.

 

The devices we use are bluetooth sensors that rest on the forehead, comfortable and lightweight and can be worn while performing any activity.

We used our Neuroframe software to perform a neuroergonomic analysis of the maintenance process of wind power systems in Apulia during six months of operation.

Wind farm maintenance workers, in order to perform extraordinary operations, work at an altitude of 40 meters even under extreme temperature conditions. We conducted an analysis of the operators’ work sequences from the time of departure from the base, until their return to the base.

Neuroframe was used by an F1 team on several dates of the 2020 Grand Prix to monitor technicians who were remotely tracking the progress of the race in a special control room.

The goal was to alert team members the moment the fatigue level would exceed a certain guard threshold.
